FLEUR HELLUIN is a member of the Paris Berlin based Electro Art School Outfit PLATEAU REPAS. They are the bastard child of Liquid Liquid and KLF, raised by Whodini, The Monkees, 2unlimited and Devo. We’ve been touched a lot by our uncle Michael, that’s why we are a bit disturbed now. We digest without chewing music from all the backgrounds. We have an obsession with shitty corny music. We hated it so much we decided to eat it again and again until we loved it.

I’ve never really pictured myself as a fat Mama in Italy feeding 30 persons. But as I didn’t want to die stupid, i accepted Melissa Perales’ invitation to cook. Plus, the sugar tombstone, the fat cats collection, veganism, a band called Plateau Repas, a project called Culinary, and even the collection of braced teenagers back in 2003 with Marianne made it clear I had to put my hands into the real substance at some point. So I’ll make it with all my heart, and for you. Maybe I can dress as a Madone also. There will be (hopefully) tasty vegan food. Come with an empty stomach so it will taste better.
